SUMMARY
PyraMax Bank made the decision that they needed to add drive up services to their branch location located at 16th and Mitchell Street. They decided to select La Macchia Group to provide site acquisition and development, architecture and construction services for this branch on Milwaukee’s south side due to the unique challenges the project represented. A comprehensive approach was required.
La Macchia Group began the project by approaching neighboring business and home owners about selling properties to get the space needed for the drive up. Upon finding a property, La Macchia Group facilitated all the negotiations as well as neighborhood approvals to get the project underway. Remodeling of the lobby and the exterior of the building was then implemented to enhance the client service experience. Numerous issues were discovered and overcome during the project, which was constructed while keeping the bank in operation.
