SUMMARY
VUE Community Credit Union in the heart of downtown Bismarck, North Dakota was completely transformed with a full remodel of the existing main office and a new 1,900-square-foot addition.
The space, now totaling 4,000-square-feet, offers a welcoming atmosphere for members and the entire community alike. The single story building has three drive-through teller lanes and plenty of space to accommodate future growth of the Credit Union.
The comfortable community environment invites members to utilize an internet kiosk, refresh with a bottle of water and snacks and enjoy some friendly competition over a board game while charging a mobile device. Members and non-members alike are also welcome to enjoy the space and learn more about VUE’s services by scanning QR codes on marketing literature using their smartphones.
Bismarck was affected by severe flooding just before construction began. This disaster posed many challenges for the construction crew; however the team worked diligently and made swift adjustments to ultimately deliver a superior end product to the owner.
