As Chief Financial Officer, Doug brings over ten years of experience in operations and finance with a Fortune 500 company to the family business. While he typically remains behind the scenes effectively managing the business needs of La Macchia Group, his experience in operations and creating efficiencies as well as his understanding of property management provides a valuable resource to the project team throughout the strategic planning process. He creates financial models and detailed projections that forecast the future of client facilities and can offer a unique financial perspective due to his experience in other industries. While his knowledge serves as an additional asset to the La Macchia Group customer base, his priority is still behind the scenes of their projects. Doug keeps La Macchia Group running smoothly so every client can feel secure that their project is too.
