Ardent Credit Union decided it was time to refresh their brand through implementing a new name, logo and look as part of their first freestanding location which was designed and built by La Macchia Group. Formerly known as Sb1 Federal Credit Union, Ardent Credit Union launched their new branch as a cornerstone to their transition from primarily serving SEG based members to opening up their services to the community at large. Along with their new rebranding initiative, Ardent Credit Union had engaged La Macchia Group to assist in determining which was the optimal market for the new branch deployment.
The prime location of the new branch office allows for high visibility from the main highway corridor through the design of a tower vestibule which is further identifiable at night by way of abundant architectural lighting.
The new brand palette of Ardent Credit Union provided an excellent opportunity for numerous experiential design elements within the retail space. Brand identity is embodied throughout the space using digital signage, graphic wall elements and modern furniture in warm, neutral colors. Teller pods create a retail-inspired look while the multi-purpose member island adds greater accessibility to numerous member services and amenities while increasing efficiency.
Whether a member is visiting the Ardent Credit Union website or walking into the new branch office, they will feel a connection between Ardent's online and physical branch presence. Their brand is truly reflected digitally and physically at the new branch office.
