Carter Credit Union acquired a new office space in Bossier City to expand their market footprint and offer members another convenient location. La Macchia Group redesigned Carter's logo for a modern flair that would attract new members and resonate with their current membership. Carter wanted this new space to be the first of their network to reflect their new look. This branch would then serve as the basis of design for their other branches.
The focus of this branch was to create a retail environment that offered members a custom, Carter Credit Union experience. Featuring a clean and modern design with interesting visual angles, this branch truly embodies Carter's Brand DNA. Wood accents combined with the branded Carter Red bring to life the brand.
Another important element of this branch was to introduce the members of Carter Credit Union to the new Interactive Teller Machines. With the new ITMs came a challenge to the layout of the space and a new configuration of the Call Center. This new addition to the member experience elevates Carter above the competition. Members can also enjoy a cup of coffee from the beverage counter and utilize the iPads to further access financial resources offered at the Credit Union.
