SUMMARY
Kohler Credit Union has been assisting its members for nearly 80 years and currently serves eight Wisconsin counties. With solid growth behind them and planned growth ahead, Kohler made the decision to build a new headquarters. By relocating, Kohler CU could get their entire team under one roof and have room for future expansion. They wanted to position themselves asTHEemployer of choice in the area and after having already built 7 successful branches together, Kohler chose La Macchia Group to make their dream a reality.
The first challenge was to secure the optimal location. Kohler worked with La Macchia Group to merge three separate parcels into one, addressing zoning changes and ways to accommodate the existing wetlands on the southern portion of the site. Although this lot was selected for a corporate center, Kohler also wanted to provide their members with access to a drive-up ATM.

Kohler Credit Union's corporate headquarters is located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and was designed and built by La Macchia Group.
Inside, Kohler asked La Macchia Group to provide optimal training and collaboration spaces for their team. There is a dedicated retail training lab as well as team break out spaces located on each floor. Keeping comfort and appreciation for their employees in mind, there is also an employee patio accessible from the break room and lounge.
La Macchia’s interior design team focused on selecting a color palette that would express the brand & mission for years to come. Playful, complimentary textures were incorporated into the space and employees are reminded of the brand’s core values, artfully showcased on open office walls. The Kohler brand can be seen on the exterior of the building as well with the clever use of blue metal panels and blue tinted windows.
With continued focus on their community, employees, members and overall integrity, Kohler Credit Union is set up for success in their beautiful new space.
