True Sky Credit Union connected with La Macchia Group to transform its busiest branch inside the credit union's administrative office, bringing the brand to life while utilizing the space in a much more efficient and effective way.
Hear more from President/CEO Sean Cahill as he discussed their journey and the Vivalociti difference as a Future Branches guest speaker in September 2020.In the first of many projects together, La Macchia group was able to redesign the branch layout and refresh the design aesthetic in a way that pays homage to the credit union’s root membership (which are air traffic controllers) and signals the future direction of the organization. This can be seen through specific design elements on both the interior and exterior of the building. A visitor favorite already is the runway design cleverly laid into the flooring leading up to the teller pods.
Sean Cahill knew this concept would connect with the members of the credit union and trigger an emotional connection. In the branch, True Sky and La Macchia Group came up with the unique idea of integrating a flight simulation-based game for children although we hear adults engage in it too! Beyond the branch technology, branded, customized content is how True Sky is bringing the tech of its branch to life and delivering value to all.

You were able to merge and weave together elements from our originating SEG and our newer community focus seamlessly. The team switched the traditional teller line to teller pods with cash recyclers and installed interactive marketing displays to set the mood and communicate important updates. Brand messaging about products and services was an important thing for La Macchia Group and its tech and content division, Vivalociti, to get right.
As construction happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, La Macchia Group pivoted to provide additional support with technology-based safety equipment installed throughout the space.
