1st Financial Federal Credit Union Breaks Ground for Branch Relocation

St. Charles, MO - Members of 1st Financial Federal Credit Union will soon get to experience a new, relocated branch in St. Charles.

 The Credit Union recently broke ground for their new facility on March 1, 2017, at which numerous members of the Credit Union staff, Board of Directors and community attended to commemorate the special day.

The new branch features a branded environment inspired by 1st Financial member base and their heritage in the St. Charles community. The design is focused on highlighting the enhanced member service which features teller pods, for an improved retail experience, and a new member lounge that includes a coffee-refreshment bar. A welcome reception greets members as they enter the space, adding a personal experience the moment a member steps through the doors.

The drive-thru, located behind the teller pods, is designed to alleviate noise and provide greater operational efficiency. Several hoteling offices with glass sliding doors will allow for more natural to enter the main lobby, while providing the necessary acoustic privacy needed in a financial institution.

The color palette of the space will feature an array of brand-centric colors and a tasteful mix of dark and light wood that provide a relaxing atmosphere within the space. Custom vinyl wall graphics will be used strategically throughout the space to reflect the 1st Financial logo and the Credit Union's deep-rooted connection to the St. Charles community - which spans nearly 50 years.
