Mary Lou La Macchia was more than the co-founder of La Macchia Group, she was the heart of our culture. Together with her husband, Ralph, she helped build a company founded on integrity, compassion, and the belief that lasting success begins by putting people first. Her quiet strength, unwavering faith, and genuine kindness shaped not only our organization but also the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. While her presence will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on in the values she instilled, the relationships she nurtured, and the work we continue to do every day.
