A new image for Fort Community Credit Union’s brand ignited their desire to renovate their existing South Side location. In addition to their new identity, Fort Community wanted to integrate new technology into their branch environment to create an elevated member experience. This included drive-through ITMs and teller pod delivery in the lobby area.
With unique branch spaces come unique challenges when it comes to renovations. Originally built as a donut shop, the branch featured a pre-engineered metal frame that had to be carefully altered to support the new architecture and additional building elements designed for the updated branded environment.
La Macchia Group’s design team and Fort Community’s marketing team collaborated to find unique ways to bring their new brand to life throughout the space. This led to the creation of custom signage that included brand colors and taglines along with a digital art installment that utilized branded colors and local imagery from the city the branch calls home. The end result was an elevated in-branch environment that seamlessly translated their brand experience across all channels.
