Blackhawk Community Credit Union was the largest financial institution in Janesville, Wisconsin and was suffering from many years of deferred maintenance on its largest branch. In addition to improving the building conditions, the credit union needed to address how to provide services in several areas of town separated by both natural and manmade barriers.
La Macchia Group worked with Blackhawk to successfully identify several markets as well as complete negotiations, evaluations, projections and market capture within these areas.
La Macchia Group created a brand identity for both facilities that will be continued in future branches. Both sites are exceeding all projections.

When we asked La Macchia Group to help us remodel and update our Milwaukee Street office while remaining open during the process, they didn't blink an eye. The final result, drawn out in the lunch room at La Macchia Group, was to demolish and rebuild the branch in stages, allowing to serve members during the entire process. The team at La Macchia did a great job of keeping the dust and noise levels low during the days and worked hard to let staff concentrate on serving members and not be disrupted by construction. I am pleased to say the end result exceeded our expectations.
