SUMMARY

Cattaraugus County Bank was looking for a change; a location tailored to their current and potential customer base. This was the first project between Cattaraugus County Bank and La Macchia Group, so performing a full market analysis on all branch locations was the best place to start.

Refreshing Relocation

Not only was this branch location used to help with brand awareness and customer accessibility, Cattaraugus County Bank also wanted to create a youthful, but strong and trusted interior brand voice for this branch. The design teams achieved this by creating casual, approachable waiting and meeting spaces throughout the building, and integrating the brand throughout every space. Breaking up the traditional teller line with a more open and casual feel, the open floorplan allows for a naturally and airy atmosphere, that pairs well with the neutral colors of the interior details.

Technology integration played a big part in this design, from the digital displays in the lobby, to the video communication capabilities in the conference room, every detail mattered. Digital displays throughout the building are used to solidify the updated brand, giving the institution the flexibility to now show atmospheric, promotional, or educational content. Using the data collected during the market analysis during the beginning of the partnership, the teams knew this technology would be an asset for their customers.
