Coastal Credit Union wanted to develop a prototype branch that would become the new design inspiration for their branch network.
La Macchia Group analyzed their current branch facilities to determine the best course of action that would offer the Credit Union efficiency and a competitive advantage. It was determined that the current footprints of their branches were oversized and under utilized. With this knowledge, La Macchia Group right-sized the Credit Union's footprint to a smaller design while uncompromising functionality. The smaller footprint would then allow for lowered operational cost and overall maintenance.
La Macchia Group continued the branded experience of Coastal throughout the new branch by highlighting their iconic green strategically within the space and incorporating complementary wood-grain accents. The new branch features three Interactive Teller Machines within the branch along with several private offices. Members can enjoy a beverage from the amenities bar alongside the member lounge. This branch also features a drive-thru for additional member convenience.
La Macchia Group impressed us. We liked that they had experience with PTMs, which was important to us. We also liked their focus on credit unions. They are forward-thinking, and really looking at the branch of the future.
