SUMMARY
First Financial Credit Union’s Bernalillo branch is one of three projects so far in the partnership between La Macchia Group and FFCU. While our first project in Albuquerque was a phased, live-remodel of an existing branch, the Bernalillo location is a ground-up branch, part of FFCU’s prototype branch growth strategy, built almost in unison with their South Valley location.
A Strategic Look At Growth
After First Financial Credit Union approached La Macchia Group to develop a strategy for serving their growing membership in an effective way, both teams agreed that adopting a prototype branch model would support their needs the best. This branch in Bernalillo follows this model closely, nearly identical to the South Valley branch.
Not only does a prototype growth approach streamline the design process, it also gives staff and members a sense of consistency. This approach allows for consistent branding, layouts, and services offered by different branches, creating a cohesive experience across all locations.
Clear Brand Identity
Much like their Albuquerque location and South Valley location, the Bernalillo branch is a boldly branded space. From the branded wall graphics to their signature orange paint color, every detail immerses members in the FFCU identity. This strong brand presence allows members to feel a connection with their credit union and encourages interaction and higher engagement.
The prototype branch strategy that First Financial Credit Union has implemented has offered them a forward-thinking approach to better reach their members, all while optimizing their operational efficiency. With more projects to come, we can't wait to see this partnership grow!
