SUMMARY
LA Financial had outgrown its original main office space and kicked off a search to find a place with room to grow. The LA Financial team found a building they could occupy temporarily, until they found a site they wanted to call their permanent home. The credit union decided to partner with La Macchia Group, a design-builder for financial institutions located in Milwaukee, to bring the space to life.
Because the LA Financial employees would only be in the new facility for a limited time, the main goal for this project was to utilize practical furniture systems and do as little structural work as possible to keep expenses in check.
Although this was considered a temporary space, LA Financial still wanted to focus on comfort & functionality, along with brand expression and communication to give employees an engaging office environment. The La Macchia Group design team was able to design a beautiful and functional space with room and flexibility to support ongoing growth.
This functional, and in some areas open, office environment is also great for collaboration and ideating amongst fellow employees which increases work productivity and employee morale. The LA Financial Credit Union team now enjoys an office that makes serving personalized financial options and services fun and easy.
