Knowing it was time to grow and continue offering their members top service, Santa Cruz Community Credit Union decided to lease a storefront of a major retail strip center adjacent to a grocery store.
With their new location set, Santa Cruz Community Credit Union partnered with La Macchia Group to bring their new retail space to life. Through strategic space planning and interior design, La Macchia Group created a vibrant branch that reflects the brand of Santa Cruz CCU. Teller pods replaced the traditional teller line to keep the space open and provide a retail experience for their members. Members with families also have access to the Children’s Area which can also act as a meeting space to complete transactions. The new design of the storefront is guaranteed to attract new members and continue to be a space that offers top service for the Credit Union.
While we had a long-time presence in Watsonville, we needed a new site with a fresh face and good exposure.
