Evolving Your Branch: What Does Leveling Up Actually Mean?

by La Macchia Group

When discussing branch design and features, the phrase “level up your branch” is often thrown around, but what does leveling up a branch really mean, what is the next level? While the answer is different for every financial institution, La Macchia Group’s technology branch, Vivalociti, offers the key aspects for an enhanced branch environment; from a refreshed space to integrated technology and content creation, Vivalociti focuses on making your branches an experience to be enjoyed by staff and consumers alike.

Branch refresh

Not every financial institution is ready for the bulldozer, depending on budget and branch traffic, a refresh may be the answer. Take a look around your branch, where can improvements be made? Maybe the wall behind the teller desk could use some branding, or perhaps the lobby furniture is worn down. Working with Vivalociti to create a custom design revitalizes a space through cosmetic enhancements. Sledgehammers are left in the truck, and these impactful results are usually delivered in 8 days.

Spectrum Credit Union | Pleasant Hills, California

Spectrum Credit Union wanted members to feel better connected to their brand. Leveraging Spectrum’s existing logo’s dashed icons that contain a variation of blues, yellows, and magentas, was the perfect foundation for an eye-catching wall vinyl application. A few more strategically placed brand elements and new casework completed the refreshed look that would quickly be applied to three other existing branches.

Technology integration

Any financial institution can have technology, but working with a team like Vivalociti ensures that technology is integrated strategically to benefit both the consumer and financial institution. Digital displays are replacing printed promotions, allowing for real-time updates for rates, community events, and even your own promotional ads. Kiosks help engage with consumers when they step foot in the branch, and provide clarification. Community and history walls, digital display walls, transparent LED screens help build relationships with consumers, and even keep visitors engaged during a potential dwell time.

Diamond Credit Union | Reading, Pennsylvania

Diamond Credit Union wanted a space that reimagined the member experience. With multiple digital displays placed around the branch, including a roughly 40 foot digital display over the teller pod. There are two ITMs in the branch for those quick transactions, as well as a 4-panel display in the member lounge area.

Multimedia content

Chances are, your consumers are surrounded by multimedia content every waking hour. Commercials on TV, social media, the radio, even the newspaper are all filled with ads. Ensuring the media you release stands out is key to a lasting impression with your consumers. From logo animations to branded videos, Vivalociti’s high quality content brings your brand and vision to life on screen.

Data collection

Tailored data is key to making the right decisions regarding your financial institution and the consumers that visit every day. Vivalociti’s solutions integrate data-capturing sensors that lead to insights about your consumer’s preferences, behaviors, and needs. The data collected by these sensors can go as far as showing different messages to different consumers based on what is collected, such as age, gender, and attention level.
