FirstLight Federal Credit Union Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for New High-Tech Branch

EL PASO, TEXAS - FirstLight Federal Credit Union broke ground Wednesday, December 7, for their new Tellerless Branch located in El Paso, Texas. The new branch will bring modern technology to their members through the use of Personal Teller Machines (PTM), an iPad technology bar, an iPad Kids Center, and touch screen monitors to access financial resources.
Innovation of member service is the ultimate design goal of FirstLight's new facility. With that in mind, the La Macchia Group team is designing an open layout space that will allow for easy navigation to all the new amenities and provide a friendly and welcoming financial experience. Five PTMs will be implemented in new branch, making this FirstLight's first Tellerless Branch.The facility will also include a training room that will be used for Financial Literacy classes open to the community.
