Construction is complete as the Eglin Federal Credit Union employees continue to move into their new operations center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Over 109,000 square feet of building space on a 5.24 acre lot will be the new face of growth, innovation, and opportunities for the growing EFCU teams.

This new operations center is not only a functional workspace, but an innovation anchor for all staff. Positioned strategically on a site located out of the category 5 hurricane storm surge, an area with potential to produce 20-25 feet high tidal floods, this operations center is designed to serve as a disaster recovery site, ensuring continuity of services during unforeseen events.
Equipped to hold up to 400 employees, the accommodations for staff in this building are endless. Floor to ceiling windows and balconies, flexible workspaces, a skywalk from the parking garage, walking trails, charging stations for electric vehicles, the list can go on and on. This building's design emphasizes adaptability, comfortability, and growth, topics that stay top-of-mind for every ambitious financial institution.
