SUMMARY
Ardent Credit Union wanted to expand its market capture and offer a new location in a highly trafficked retail area of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. They did so by deploying a micro branch in the city for high visibility and exposure to a broader community of people.
Previously, the Ardent team partnered with La Macchia Group to build its new branch in Oaks and that partnership continued with the design-build of this newly remodeled storefront location.
La Macchia Group understood the goals of the Credit Union to implement a strategic design within this small footprint. The Ardent brand was defined by utilizing very similar elements found in the Oaks branch. From the wall color to the furniture selection to finishes, this new storefront now embodies the Ardent brand and complements its existing facility.
To give this branch its own personality, La Macchia Group designed custom, branded vinyl wall coverings that are found strategically throughout the space. The imagery selected was local to the Blue Bell community to create a stronger connection with the membership in the new market. Digital displays were incorporated into the lobby to host a variety of functions for the Credit Union including hosting for seminars as well as interchangeable marketing messages.
The Ardent team is settled in their new building and ready to continue serving personalized financial options to the community.
