This new microbranch features Interactive Teller Machine technology which allows the credit union to have extended member-service hours and operational efficiency. Brand consistency was key to this new design format so that the uniqueness of the space was not lost, but rather an immersive experience. ### Features - Build: Remodel/Transformation - Install: ITMs > La Macchia Group's expertise was outstanding during the site selection and lease negotiation for our new branch in Sheboygan. Their market analysis also helped us confirm that downtown Sheboygan was the ideal location for our next branch. This was our first retail branch and the team at La Macchia Group took the time to listen and understand our initiatives. With that information, they were able to accomplish all of our goals in a 1,000-square-foot space. This was also our first branch integrating Personal Teller Machines with universal employees.
