Since opening their doors in 1892, Citizens Bank has pursued a singular mission: to build meaningful relationships with people, businesses and communities to support their journey toward financial well-being. Over those 130+ years, Citizens Bank has opened 11 offices, changed their name from Citizens Bank of Mukwonago to Citizens Bank, and successfully rebranded, all to ensure they are meeting their customer's needs.

This ground-up branch in Muskego was built to support a relocation of an existing branch. Previously located inside of a local grocery store, the Citizens Bank team not only needed more space for their staff, but wanted a more convenient location for their customers.

This full-service branch also features two drive-thru ITMs, providing multiple ways for customers to interact when they visit. Upon entering the branch, visitors are greeted by a branded vestibule with a vinyl wall covering welcoming the Muskego community. The branch's interior has a contemporary and open design. Throughout the space you'll find natural wood tones, brand colors, and reminders to "Bank where you belong". A digital display was strategically integrated in the customer lounge, allowing the team to share community events, real-time rates and branded content.

This branch was designed to help both Citizens Bank staff and customers grow. The convenient location allows for more customers to easily visit, and serves as a billboard for the bank's brand. Intentional design choices that reflect the new brand, along with the natural beauty and heritage of surrounding communities, stand as a testament to Citizens Bank's commitment to their customers.
