FINANCIAL PLUS CREDIT UNION

Financial Plus Credit Unions opened their doors in 1929 as Meredith Credit Union, with the goal of providing members with the opportunity to "get something better". Now, with services that spread over 41 counties in Iowa, FPCU still prides themselves on being the best for their members, being guided by the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People".

This branch used to house a salon and a convenience store, and now acts as a billboard for Financial Plus. The real estate team at La Macchia Group was able to locate and procure this easy-to-visit site for FPCU, and once everything was in order, construction began! 

With branded colors strategically placed throughout the branch, the design brings the Financial Plus identity to life in every corner of the space. The credit union’s culture is written on the walls, bold statements and values that reinforce who they are and what they stand for. Digital displays throughout the branch provide engaging, up-to-date content that connects members with FPCU’s offerings and community involvement.

The result is a space that not only serves members but tells the story of Financial Plus Credit Union at every turn. From the layout to the messaging, this branch embodies the spirit of “People Helping People” and showcases the forward-thinking, member-focused culture that continues to drive FPCU’s success.
