A new image for Fort Community Credit Union’s brand ignited its desire to renovate its existing South Side location. In addition to a new identity, Fort Community wanted to integrate new technology into its branch environment to create an elevated member experience. This included drive-through ITMs and teller pod delivery in the lobby area.
With unique branch spaces come unique challenges when a renovation is at play. Originally built as a donut shop, the branch featured a pre-engineered metal frame that had to be carefully altered to support the new architecture and additional building elements designed for the updated branded environment.
La Macchia Group’s design team and Fort Community’s marketing team collaborated to find unique ways to bring its new brand to life throughout the space. This led to the creation of custom signage that included brand colors and taglines along with a digital art installment that utilized branded colors and local imagery from the city the branch calls home. The end result was an elevated in-branch environment that seamlessly translated its brand experience across all channels.
Now, passing by this refreshingly vibrant facility makes it hard to miss for non-members and members alike. Fort Community Credit Union hopes to continue building on its services to the community while capturing new wallets and welcoming them with open arms.
