FORTE BANK

Since their doors opened in 1907, Forte Bank has pursued a singular mission: to create opportunities for their customers' financial success. Partnering with La Macchia Group to open a new branch in West Bend, Wisconsin, was a strategic move to expand their presence and elevate customer service.

The teams initiated the project with a comprehensive market analysis to assess long-term growth potential and identify the best location for a new Forte branch. Once the market analysis was finalized, La Macchia Group managed all aspects of real estate acquisition to provide a smooth experience for the Forte team.

The Forte team wanted a branch that was updated enough to last staff and customers for years to come while still ensuring the branch meshed with their other locations in a consistent manner. Another important aspect of this build was a space to have a complimentary business occupy a portion of the building; therefore, during the market analysis and real estate acquisition period, it was crucial for the teams at La Macchia Group to ensure this happened. Providing a leased space allows for Forte Bank to collect lease income while providing space for a growing team in the future.

Digital displays, casework and signage, and AV technology were all integrated by the La Macchia Group and Vivalociti teams during this project. Vivalociti created a large portion of their in-branch content and will continue supporting the Forte team as needed.
