Early on, a challenge with the site presented itself to both the Landmark and La Macchia Group teams. The existing site was previously an old gas station with a car wash which made it difficult to fit the site with such a large, unanticipated footing. Even with this delay, the team was able to trouble-shoot and finish the building within the original timeframe allotted.
