Early on, a challenge with the site presented itself to both the Landmark and La Macchia Group teams. The existing site was previously an old gas station with a car wash which made it difficult to fit the site with such a large, unanticipated footing. Even with this delay, the team was able to trouble-shoot and finish the building within the original timeframe allotted.
Landmark Credit Union went for an open concept lobby which is becoming more popular amongst many financial institutions.
Hello Brookfield
Brookfield: a major commercial base with over 40,000 residents filled with businesses, retail, residential and industrial space. This Milwaukee suburb was the perfect location for Landmark Credit Union to grow its brand presence in and attract new members.
One goal the Landmark team typically has for all its branches is stark visibility. The site is situated on Bluemound Road, a major road with thousands of people passing by on their way to work, shopping, and home every day. This premium piece of real estate gives the credit union the highest amount of recognition not only for its name, but its beautiful new facility for members to enjoy.
Delivering More Than Expected
Convenience is everything today – especially for your members and customers. Before this branch was built on Bluemound Road, members had to drive either 15 minutes west or southeast from the area. This new branch location is also settled among a prominent retail vicinity so that members on the go can stop here before or after running typical errands throughout the day. Talk about convenience.
