SUMMARY
Since 2016, we've been partnering with Members 1st Credit Union, helping them refine their facility footprint, technology offerings, and brand presence. Over the years, this collaboration has led to numerous positive changes, with one of the most significant milestones being the creation of a brand-new site in Marshalltown.
A Strategic Look At Growth
Working closely with the credit union, we transformed an unused parking lot adjacent to a major grocery store into a fully functional, consolidated branch location. Our team at La Macchia Group played a key role in establishing the lot, negotiating parking and cross-access easements, and laying the foundation for Members 1st to bring all of their Marshalltown operations under one roof.
The design of the facility was strategically crafted to capture the attention of grocery store traffic, sparking curiosity and inviting members and potential customers to step inside and explore. Inside, the layout combines personalized, up-close member service with modern ITM technology, both in the lobby and the drive-through. This balance ensures that Members 1st can provide efficient service without sacrificing the personal touch their members value.
