New Space, Same Goal

“Commitment you can count on”, words Provident Bank has lived by since 1839. For over 180 years, Provident has been serving the communities of the New York metropolitan area, and this project in Roslyn isn’t our first partnership with them. However, this is Provident Bank’s first branch in the Long Island market. La Macchia partnered with Provident tirelessly to ensure this location provided the refined atmosphere this financial institution strives for daily.

Building Relationships

The layout of this branch was designed to create intimate transactions– with sit-down teller pods, an open floor plan, and closed off offices if needed. Using these sit-down pods makes transactions feel personal, allowing Provident to connect with their community even more than before. This connection is key to the ever-changing consumer needs that financial institutions navigate.

 

Memorable Branding

It wouldn’t be a Provident project without a “Provident Blue” wall. This bright yet calming blue color can be seen throughout the whole branch, alongside an eye-catching accent wall that features the bank logo from floor to ceiling. From the digital signage to etchings on the glass office walls, La Macchia Group was able to incorporate the Provident Bank brand in places you might not even think to look.

Vivalociti designed and implemented monitors throughout Provident Bank's lobby and teller pod area, as well as the in the conference room for both employee and client meetings. Integrating this technology adds value to both the customer experience, and brand connection. New furniture and financial equipment completed the equation, ensuring staff and customers alike would get the most out of this space.
