This new branch, located in a populated area and close to residential and commercial spaces, is positioned to act as a billboard for Topline's brand. Based on results from La Macchia Group's strategic analysis, this location was a prime opportunity to expand Topline's presence and visibility in a high-traffic market, offering convenience for existing members while still attracting new ones.

This branch is a convenient and welcoming space for both staff and members. With Topline's brand worked into so many details of this build, every element tells a story of who they are, and who they serve. Bold use of Topline's branded red color can be found strategically throughout the space, and the natural wood tones and accent colors make the red stand out even more. Frosting on the glass office doors mimic angle and line elements found on vinyl wall coverings throughout the branch, this frosted glass ensures the footprint still feels open and airy, while providing privacy when needed. As a credit union that is dedicated to their community, it was important that this dedication was reflected in this branch. Various vinyl wall coverings throughout the vestibule and lobby feature Minnesota city skylines, maps, and art reminiscent of the Minnesota culture.

Ensuring technology was integrated into the space was important to both teams. A touch table was installed to provide members with an interactive way to explore products, services, and documents. In the member lounge, a large digital display adds to the modern experience, showcasing updates, promotional content, and local highlights in a dynamic and engaging format that keeps members connected while their waiting to work with a banker.
