After performing a market study, La Macchia Group assisted in procuring a prominent out lot of a Meijer's grocery store in Standale, Michigan. This new location offers maximized visibility, easy accessibility, and a convenient location for a large existing and target member demographic. During the build planning phase, La Macchia Group projected AAC's future staffing needs, therefore accounting for AAC's growth. One of the ultimate design goals for AAC's new main office was to create and design a space that showcased their furniture industry heritage.
