SUMMARY
Cleveland State Bank chose to partner with La Macchia Group for the remodel of its main office. As a community bank that was founded over 100 years ago, designing a space that reflected that strong connection to the local area was a major goal. The Bank wanted a space that would offer an open and inviting atmosphere to their customers while allowing for a higher level of customer engagement.
As part of this, La Macchia Group introduced a warm and modern color palette that resonates with the CSB customers and employees. The sand tones with accents of soft blue are timeless colors and coincides with the surrounding exterior environment. The vaulted skylight allows for ample natural light throughout the lobby.
The interior retail-inspired layout was designed to allow for ease of transactions in an open and inviting space. Branch features include a conference room for meetings or community events, a coffee bar, and video displays. Attention was paid to the incorporation of the newly developed brand throughout the interior space, visible through the colors and implemented throughout.
As with any live remodel, an essential factor was maintaining lobby access to customers throughout the project. La Macchia Group was able to keep the Bank's lobby open during the entire project while working with many local subcontractors. This left a positive impression on the Bank's customers and community.
Cleveland State Bank and La Macchia Group will certainly do more work in the future as it's customer base is growing and in need of new branch locations to accommodate convenience and provide better access.
