SUMMARY

When Waldo State Bank decided to invest in a new building project, it presented the opportunity to celebrate the history of the area while paving way for future success.

The bank wanted a retail environment that would support the ongoing growth of its financial team, and provide a unique place for customers to conduct financial business. Waldo State Bank's building design most certainly reflects the community it is part of. It also symbolizes its deep-rooted connection to customers living in Waldo and those who have been banking here for many years.

The rich history of the town's mill and train depot quickly emerged as the desired design inspiration and theme for the new building. To achieve the timeless design, material selections were carefully considered in every detail.

The bank's teller lines were custom designed to resemble a train station ticket counter using real stone countertops. Highlighted throughout the lobby are custom wall murals made from historic town photos, such as the first fire engine and the old train depot. These historical landmarks of the community give the interior space a rich meaning and uniquely bring out the bank's charming character.

Waldo State Bank employees are set up in their new building and equipped to take care of customers for many more generations to come throughout Wisconsin.
