Community State Bank, located in Southeastern Wisconsin, prides itself on providing an inviting community bank atmosphere with exceptional products and services to their customers. The management team chose to partner with La Macchia Group who recommended expanding into Mount Pleasant and assisted in locating and negotiating a great site for the new facility. The new branch totals 4,500 square feet and provides ample room for future growth.
La Macchia Group was excellent to work with. They recommended extra touches to enhance the look without adding to the cost. Plus, our building was completed on time and on budget!
- STEVE BELL, FORMER PRESIDENT, COMMUNITY STATE BANK
The exterior of the new branch is a traditional-design, brick facility with two lanes of drive-up. The main feature of the interior space is the grand lobby. An octagonal, coffered light, cove ceiling takes center stage in the lobby area. The interior is trimmed with cherry and communicates the Bank’s solid, deep roots and stability. Below the coved ceiling element is a cherry wood teller desk that follows the same concave shape above. Elegantly patterned tile floors lead to a cozy waiting area with the traditional chair rail and a stone hearth fireplace. Each private office has a full view of the lobby.
Retail Inspired Design
The interior retail-inspired layout was designed to allow for ease of transactions in an open and inviting space. Branch features include a conference room for meetings or community events, a coffee bar, and video displays. Attention was paid to the incorporation of the newly developed brand throughout the interior space, visible through the colors and implemented throughout.
