ITM branches, alternatively referred to as remote teller branches, are self-service banking kiosks that enable customers to engage with tellers from a distance. These tellers operate from a centralized hub, usually a central office or operations center, and deliver services to customers at ITM branches through video chat.
After a market study was performed to identify the best markets for growth, real estate was purchased in high-traffic areas that would not only accommodate the ITM branch, but also have enough land for a future fully staffed branch.
Until the branch is fully built and operational, residents living in and around DeFuniak Springs can depend on the convenience that this drive-thru now provides.
A second and similar location was also added in Gulf Breeze, Florida, and will be taking the same phased approach.
