For this specific branch location, the La Macchia Group team identified a parcel of land for sale at the entrance of a proposed 3,000-household development in Freeport, Florida. Recognizing this location as a prime space for Eglin FCU, La Macchia Group acquired the lot on behalf of Eglin Federal Credit Union, making Eglin FCU the only financial institution located in this large-scale residential development.
The interior of this branch was designed to amplify the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that EFCU members know while introducing a new tech-forward feel. With in-branch ITMs, members now have the option to perform quick transactions without staff assistance, while knowing staff is still present if they have questions or want to sit down with a banker.
