To fuel their continued growth, Minnco worked with La Macchia Group to study market opportunities and identified the community of Big Lake, MN as both under-served and brimming with potential.  La Macchia Group then helped the Minnco team identify and select an ideal location, working with the local municipality to ensure development standards were met. Minnco asked for a design that would integrate their tenured brand with new technology in a classic-yet-modern way.  They wanted something they could emulate in other locations to drive consistency throughout their network.  The La Macchia design team was happy to deliver a distinctive history wall that pays tribute to the Big Lake community.  Special attention was paid to the exterior of the building to take advantage of the high visibility, high traffic area.  The Minnco brand can be identified from a distance through the use of color-changing lighting and a transparent entry-way that allows those passing by to view the beautiful interior from the outside.  A welcoming lobby, along with the smiling faces of branch staff, invites new community members in.
