SUMMARY

Peoples Credit Union in Webster City, Iowa was chartered over 60 years ago to serve the employees of Franklin Manufacturing Company and Acme Corporation. After a merger in 2007, the charter was expanded to serve the communities of 11 counties with 3 locally owned branches.

PCU came to La Macchia Group looking for a way to accommodate their growing membership, and wanted to provide members with an updated space. The La Macchia Group team started with a Market Analysis, centered around growth, and determined their current main office in Webster City didn't have the space necessary for their determined growth goals.

La Macchia Group remodeled their current lobby space, seen below, and built on over 4,358 sq. ft. of space for the credit union's growth.

The decision to remodel the lobby area was necessary to reflect Peoples Credit Union's brand that their members look for. The lobby has modern feel, with strong brand colors and a clean finish throughout the area members spend the most time in.

Technology was integrated into the space seamlessly, by adding an impact video wall and a touchscreen check-in screen in the lobby. For the staff, their conference room was updated with new displays and office teleconferencing equipment.

From the initial planning stages to the completion of the project, La Macchia Group demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. The innovative approach and attention to detail showcased by your team truly set a benchmark for the construction industry.
