SUMMARY
La Macchia Group assisted Town Bank in the identification, acquisition, and relocation of their main office from downtown Delafield to Hartland. The 28,000 square foot office and operations center was designed to be a beacon for its targeted market, a wealth management oriented clientele. The building needed to reflect Jay Mack and Wintrust’s core fundamental beliefs of integrity, hard work and ethics. As such, La Macchia Group created a highly visible exterior that commands attention from day to night with an interior that is a homey and comforting environment for both customers and employees. This structure is an architectural statement signifying Town Bank’s commitment to the Hartland area.
