Alden State Bank, a longtime partner of Vivalociti and La Macchia Group, sought the help of our teams to renovate their Lancaster branch. Wanting an updated and more customer focus space, the goal of this project was to better reflect the look and feel of their East Amherst branch.
Designing for the Customer
Alden State Bank was focused on improving the customer experience of this retail branch space. Wall decals, office window decals, signage and casework, and digital displays can be found carefully dispersed throughout the branch. The brand colors on accent walls help elevate the branch atmosphere and allow for the visiting customers to develop a connection with their chosen bank.
The digital displays throughout the branch showcase interactive content and video content created by Vivalociti, providing more brand touchpoints and learning opportunities along the customer journey.
The before and after is a testament to how a branch refresh can breathe new life into an existing branch when thoughtful design updates are leveraged. This brings Alden State Bank's network on step closer to a cohesive customer experience.
This project not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. Throughout the entire process, La Macchia Group and Vivalociti's thoroughness and attention to detail was impeccable from the design phase to the construction phase, right down to the finishing touches.
