Starting out as a Rusk State Hospital employee credit union, they expanded their membership to serve all of Cherokee County in 2009. CCFCU sought the help of La Macchia Group to create a very technology-forward branch to appeal to their growing community. Using the integrated technology in this branch's plan, Cherokee County Federal Credit Union would be able to stand out as a trend-setter from surrounding financial institutions.

Cherokee County Federal Credit Union | ITM and lobby space

With technology being so important to this team, instead of a teller line or teller pods, the focus is put on ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) both inside the branch and at the drive-through. Upon entry, members are greeted by two ITMs, an integrated digital display, and a branded space creating an elevated and inviting atmosphere. This credit union's branding is bright and bold, recognizable from afar while still providing a sense of comfort for their members, ensuring that their brand was woven throughout the branch heavily was important. The swoops and curves found on the walls are mirrored throughout the flooring inlays and lighting to ensure a cohesive and immersive experience.
