Mutual 1st FCU approached our teams to build a new branch in Omaha, Nebraska to accommodate their growing membership, but needed more information about where to put the branch. After working through a complete strategic market analysis, our team was able to present the best location for Mutual 1st FCU to continue growing and serving their members.

BRAND

Your brand is more than your name or logo, it’s the way your financial institution’s mission and values are communicated. While it’s important to have a clear brand that sticks out in a crowd, it’s also important for a brand to be properly executed inside and outside of a branch. Working with the same team throughout a build or renovation that created your brand provides a leg-up while discussing brand integration.

Reliant Credit Union sought the help of La Macchia Group to refresh their brand in 2019 and, more recently, to bring that refreshed identity to life in their new branch in Farmington, New York. Because our team led both the branding and environmental design efforts, we were able to infuse their brand throughout the space both visually and experientially. From signage and messaging to color palettes and finishes, every element was intentional, ensuring a cohesive and authentic brand experience that reinforces Reliant’s mission and connects with their community.

DESIGN

Working solely with banks and credit unions, our teams are focused on how financial institutions operate today, and plan for the future. With projects ranging from micro branches to operations centers over 100,000 square feet, La Macchia Group teams are trained on creating a space perfect for your financial institution.

A great example is Eglin Federal Credit Union’s new operations center. Built on a foundation of trust that began in 2019, this building was designed with intention: to foster collaboration, prioritize employee well-being, and support scalable growth. With flexible floorplans with demountable walls and raised flooring to wellness rooms, daylight-filled workspaces, and dynamic collaboration areas, every design choice reflects Eglin FCU’s forward-thinking mindset. The ground floor, anchored by “The Hub,” a large staff lunchroom and gathering space, sets the tone for an experience-focused workplace, while three additional floors mirror one another for consistency and adaptability. Outdoor spaces, a walking trail, balconies, and a parking structure with a covered skywalk round out a design that speaks to innovation and employee care. This new space isn't just an office, it's a space for connection, culture, and growth.

BUILD

We handle every aspect of construction to deliver a quality finished project, from bidding to completion. It’s not every day that a financial institution goes under construction, which is why our teams work so tirelessly to break down the process, so there are no surprises.
