The Vivalociti team worked with the client's engineers to ensure the new design would act as a launching point for their evolving member engagement. The integration of ITMs was a large focus as well, giving members the opportunity to work with staff if needed, or take a more independent route. Throughout the whole branch, you will see Diamond Credit Union's brand displayed. From the casework to the ceiling features, members are given a strong sense of identity to adhere to, a place they belong. With in-branch ITMs, members now have the option to perform quick transactions without staff assistance, while knowing staff is still present if they have questions or want to sit down with a banker. This 1840’s building brought along a vast history with it, and it was crucial to both teams to integrate a modern feel into the space, while still paying homage to the structure that has lasted for as long as it has. Grounding dark wood tones follow the curvature of the space and reinforcing the journey by dividing the spatial experience.
